I understand that I must provide all display items for my vendor spot (ex: chairs, table, display, etc). I understand if I am bringing a tent, that I am responsible for the safe & secure installation of the tent. (ie: weighting down the tent so it is secure from lifting in the wind) luckygirl POP UP will not be held liable for lost, stolen or broken items. In the case you are selected, we reserve the right to use a photo from your social media account to advertise on your behalf. I understand that the market will move to an indoor location in case of inclement weather. I understand my vendor fee is non-refundable & must be paid in full in order to participate. I understand I will be notified of my acceptance on the 1st of the month for that market. By clicking 'YES' I am signing this agreement.
