BARE NO TOOLS

SPRING COLLECTION: The spring collection has a focus on sculptural home decor pieces - all cast in solid plaster with blue or tan concrete pigment. New members of the Bare family are Clockface, Bouncy Burner, and the Zodiac Wall Hangings (available in three versions: single sign, partners, and sun-moon-rising). The wall hangings tie together old with new, combining the signature "no tools" fluid-shaped polymer pendants while celebrating the use of simple materials to accessorize your living space. This is Bare Home.

There is an intrinsic beauty in the sculpted form.

Bare No Tools is an initiative used to celebrate the relationship between body and the art of making. These pieces were playfully crafted with the bare necessities, two hardworking hands. Bare carries a range of simple, and inviting accessories for yourself, or your home. Shop bold and beautiful pendants in the SIMPLE SHAPES collection, and embrace body positivity through the BEAUTIFUL BODIES collection. Accessorize your home with zodiac wall hangings, sculptural book ends, and more. Bare represents a passion of design entwined with the need and desire for touch.

Hi there! My name is Marissa, and I am the face behind Bare No Tools. I originally was drawn to sculpture while studying architecture in uni. What started as intricate scale models became more abstracted through time, as I started exploring volume, negative space, and using sculpture to bring my unfinished thoughts to life. I’m continually inspired by the connection between identity and space, and seeing the world around me as fluid, shifting shapes. I want my designs to feel approachable, distinct, and peaceful.
