What a beautiful couple! It was such a pleasure to photograph these two! They saw each other for the first time in a little hidden patch of trees at the Forks- such an amazing moment to witness and capture. It was at that moment I noticed how photogenic these two were, making it nearly impossible to take a bad shot. We met up with the rest of the wedding party and had some good laughs around the Forks grounds, next it was off to the exchange for some more urban shots. We made a little stop at the Leg fountain before heading to the ceremony at The Winnipeg Art Gallery. The ceremony was full of wonderful surprises, from Phil’s grandmother reading in French to one of the bridesmaids singing opera. The reception to follow was beautifully decorated with cream flowers and elegant gold details. It really was the perfect day!
