I've been making soft action figures, plush toys and characters for over 10 years and I'm super-jazzed that I get to play with toys so often! I love making folks smile when they see my characters for the first time and I hope it makes them feel like a kid again! My inspiration comes from so many places ... Nature, humans, cartoons and animation, collectable toys, favorite artists, simple and sturdy design ...
I love spending my time in nature and learning about the natural world which inspires the direction of my art.
I use rich materials, vintage fabrics, wool and special trims in many of my pieces that make them unique.
I hope my art inspires play and curiosity for all!
