MAKER to MAKER PROGRAM

The Maker to Maker program is an initiative to encourage established makers who have the means to make a sponsorship donation. This is done in an effort to help financially support their fellow makers be a part of the online luckygirl POP UP community.

Makers can make a contribution of any denomination, and it will be reserved in a fund that will cumulatively help to sponsor the cost of vendors fees. Makers, if they wish, also have the option to contribute $200 and fully sponsor a fellow Maker’s online fee when their application is accepted.

ORIGIN STORY: Inspired by the accomplished maker Rikki of Souvenir Handmade, we launched this initiative in the form of direct Maker to Maker sponsorships for the Holiday virtual Pop Up. We were able to sponsor 12 vendor spots by nomination with the commitment to amplifying the outstanding work of the BIPOC maker community.

We believe in community above all else: by supporting each other, we support the maker movement together!
