I understand this is a safe space event in which folks can feel confident that they will not be exposed to discrimination, criticism, harassment, or any other emotional or physical harm.
I am aware and have consciously done research to ensure that items I am selling are not being culturally appropriated outside of my own culture.
I understand that I must provide all display items for my booth. (ex: chairs, table, table lighting, etc). You are encouraged to be creative.
I agree to cooperate with market organizers to set up in a way that works best for the space to help create the best shopping experience possible. I understand that event day changes are sometimes necessary.
I understand that there is no wifi available for this venue and will have to use data to complete transactions.
luckygirl POP UP will not be held liable for lost, stolen, or broken items, parking tickets or vehicle damages.
In the case you are selected, we reserve the right to use photos from your social media account to advertise on your behalf.
Food/Beverage vendors are responsible for obtaining their own food handling permits and preparing product in an approved facility or home and must abide by Manitoba food handling laws.
I understand my vendor fee is non-refundable & must be paid in full by the deadline in order to participate.
If the event is cancelled for any reason I understand that I will receive a refund less the $25 admin fee.
I understand that I will actively participate in the collective promotion of this event via social media. If selected as a vendor, I agree to post the luckygirl POP UP promotional materials a minimum of 5 times leading up to the event.

Notification for both accepted and declined applications for ALLEYWAYS will be sent out on on the 1st of the market month via email from luckygirlpopup@gmail.com. If you did not receive the email by the end of the day on the 1st, please let us know.
Upon acceptance we kindly ask that you send in your vendor fee in full ASAP in order to secure your booth spot. The fee is due immediately upon acceptance.
Shortly following acceptance and payment all participating vendors will be sent a set-up form to fill out + emailed promotional, loading, and all market information.
