Nosh on this is a small batch specialty baking company that specializes in gluten free and vegan products for those with gluten allergies or intolerance and other dietary restrictions. Whether gluten free and or vegan is a necessity or a lifestyle choice, we strive to provide you with products that meet your needs without compromising taste or quality. Our focus is to offer products free of the allergens in the foods you know and love. We are passionate about what goes into our products and use healthy oils, locally sourced organic fruits and vegetables, natural nut butters quality dairy and soy free chocolate, premium gluten-free flours, as well as unrefined sugars in many of our offerings. We have a wide selection of gluten free, grain free, refined sugar free, sugar free, and vegan as well as combinations of the above. Understanding how exciting it is to find these selections is something we know very well. Being able to provide them is a sweet feeling.

My name is Pamela and I am the pastry specialist, recipe creator and tester, administrative assistant, shopper etc... of Nosh On This. I have always loved a good bakery-that warm and inviting place where the magic smell of bread, buns, specialty cakes and delicious pastries would entice my senses and draw me in. I was diagnosed with an auto immune illness and years later my daughter was as well. With so many challenges finding foods and desserts that could be enjoyed without feeling sick afterwards, there was less and less appeal for this bakery I had known and loved. Disappointed with the quantity and quality of products available, I began researching and experimenting with recipes. Having a greater understanding of gluten, celiac disease and autoimmune disorders, a passion for baking and the support of family all led to the idea of creating a business that provides products that look and taste delicious, are good for you, and most importantly are safe for those with certain allergies and intolerances.
