Sheppards hook is a small jewellery business that is one-woman owned and operated in Winnipeg. Creator, Katie Sheppard, was born and raised in rural Manitoba surrounded by the Boreal Forest. Her wild, rustic and woodland-inspired jewellery is influenced by her interest in natural materials and creating sustainably.

“I started this little biz while I was in school as a biologist. I was finding that my creative brain wasn’t being met in the same way that it was when I was in fine arts. I got a pair of pliers as a gift in 2008 and they have been firmly planted in my hand ever since.”
