My Aunt introduced me to this whole world of crystals and energy work when I was a little girl, it was like she brought a little bit of magic into my life. I was the kid that would run around picking up every rock on the driveway to feel it’s energy, and then continue to try and get everyone else to do the same,
“Can you feel that? What does it feel like to you?”
The name SoulStoked came from a conversation I was having with a friend when I said to her, “I just want the name to be something that I’m so stoked about, that speaks to my soul.” She turned around and said, “SoulStoked?”
Crystals and Gemstones are so much more than just gorgeous jewelry, they are in a sense their own entity. They each have their own unique healing properties and energetic frequency that can be used to help balance, calm and/or energize our energy. The intention is to inspire others to live in alignment with their Soul's purpose, to connect deeper to themselves and to live intentionally with the help of crystals & their healing properties.
